Vinification: Pomace maceration and fermentation in oak vats for a period of 20 days. Fermentation is carried out only with indigenous yeasts. The maceration is carried out in order to extract soft tannins and to produce balanced wines with a complex structure. The wine is ideal after a maturation period of about two years in Krasnodar oak barrels , under controlled conditions of humidity and temperature
