Description: Visual assessment: A yellow – greenish color Nose: Fresh and fruity scents of bright, lemony citrus and green apple aromas Taste: The wine has a rich taste, with notes of wild flowers and tropical fruits on the palate. Good structure and noble taste. It has good acidity with a lingering rich lime finish.
Vinification: White wine vinification, soft pressing, must cleaning and alcoholic fermentation at 11°C. Ageing in big oak with lees stirring (battonage) for 4-6 months.
Food recommandation: May be associated with fish, white meat and asparagus.
