Description: It is the wine that best exploits the terroir potential of the Miniș vineyard. The grapes harvested in the second half of October from the Covasânțului hill are selected very rigorously both during harvesting and processing. The wine is robust, well structured, almost "black in color", with intense aromas of slightly spiced ripe black fruits. It has a pronounced taste of black fruits with ripe tannins, well-structured acidity with an aftertaste of sweet spices. It is a young wine with great aging potential. Maturation in barrels 2 years: 60% in barriques on the third use, 20% in new barriques, respectively 2 years in bottle.
