Description:
The aromas are intense, of red and black forest fruits, complemented by subtle, woody aromas. A blend of 3 varieties, friendly and balanced, very fruity and pleasant. It is well structured but without dominant tannins. It is supple and juicy and has a medium, creamy body.
Food recommandation:Excellent with red meat sausages and/or lightly smoked mature cheeses. Filled with dark chocolate.
Ideal combination: Grilled pork neck, garnished with baked potatoes.
