Description:
A rustic and well-structured red wine (it is matured for about 1 year in barrique oak barrels made of Romanian and French wood), creamy and velvety, with intense aromas of ripe red fruits, with delicate notes of leather and dark chocolate, pleasantly woody and lightly smoked. It has well-structured tannins and a long and succulent finish.
Food recommandation:Aged beef, lamb or grilled pork with BBQ sauce, richly spiced butcher's sausages, game meat garnished with forest mushrooms, Carnivora pizza, noble mold cheeses. It is also a good partner for robust cigars with intense flavors: Churchill, Lonsdale or Double Corona.The ideal pairing: Pan-fried sparrow with green pepper sauce.
