Description: An intense, complex and spicy red wine (matured for about 1 year in Romanian and French wooden barriques), with a pleasant and seductive aroma of black forest fruits, complemented by woody oak accents and pleasant vegetable touches. The palate is full and full-bodied, with well-integrated tannins, a velvety wine with a very long and complexly spiced aftertaste.
Food recommandation: Excellent with complex dishes of spiced Asian pork or dry cured meats and soft or semi-soft cheeses.
