Description: Stone wineFeteasca Neagra, the “Black Virgin” stone wine, comes from old, rocky granite soil with low yields (30-40 q/ha), harvested on the southern, southwestern slopes of the village of Paulis, the so-called “Rókagödör” vineyard. It is a dark red wine with intense fruity aromas of sour cherry, blackcurrant and blueberry, mixed with spicy notes. In terms of taste, the soft and round tannins with the beautiful acidity make this variety so appealing. This red wine is made through natural fermentation, stored for a long time in old and new small oak barrels and has good aging potential.
Food recommandation: recommended together with veal dishes.
