Description: It is the only white wine produced by us, from the Stonewine range. The variety is sensitive to drought, which is why it can hardly tolerate rocky soils, obtaining low production, but with special qualities. Fermented and matured for 8-9 months in barrels of 500 l capacity, we obtain wines with a fine aroma of fruits with white flesh: peach, quince, pear. On the palate, in addition to the mineral character, the wine has a finely sustained acidity and a typical character of pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste. It evolves positively during aging in the bottle, with slow esterification processes, which give the wine a specific aging bouquet.
