Description: The wine is passionate, harmonious, intense, powerful and elegant. It is equally soft to give its strength and mature enough to give softness and tenderness. It was ready to be tasted immediately or after two or three years. It is a wine whose complexity pleasantly surprises after the first olfactory impression reminiscent of cranberries and cocoa. The elegant beginning is continued by the long aftertaste, enveloping, from candied fruit to dark chocolate.
Vinification: The grapes were selected and harvested in cases/cases from 350 kg to 400 kg. After picking/carding, the grape must was transferred to cold maceration vessels for 72 hours. Then the mustache was heated to a temperature of 18 C to trigger the maceration-fermentation process, which took place at an average temperature of 23-25 C for 21 days. Pressing was carried out at a maximum of 1.4 bar in the membrane pneumatic press, followed by malolactic fermentation at a temperature of 19-20ºC. The final wine was left in French barriques for a period of 10 months for micro-oxygenation and autolysis Oak wood filled.
