Description: Visual: intense ruby red with purple hints. Olfactory:intense with complex aromas of berries , black currant, blackberries, blueberries, plums and sour cherries.Taste:intense and balanced taste, with velvety tannins, lactic notes after malolactic fermentation in wood, but also dried fruits well highlighted.
Vinification:The grapes are harvested byhand and the maceration takes place in open wooden pots without controlling the temperature and the help of native yeasts. The wine is then kept in stainless steel tanks until the blend is made: Merlot - Cabernet Sauvignon.
Food recommandation:Hot meat dishes such as pork steak, juicy schnitzel or baked veal.
