Description:
Visual: dark ruby, bright with purplereflections. Olfactory: intense, complex wild berry flavors (cherry, blackberry and blueberries) and licorice. Flavor: Balanced, with soft tannins, vanilla and dark hints ofchocolate, with a long aftertaste.
Vinification:The maceration and fermentation takes place in oak vats for a period of 20 days. Fermentation is done using only native yeasts. The maceration is carried out in order to extract soft tannins and to produce balanced wines with a complex structure.The wine is perfect after a maturation period of 2 years in oak barrels from Krasnodar, under controlled conditions of humidity and temperature.
Food recommandation: Recommended with grilled meat, red meat, turkey or duck, aged cheeses.
